Bob and Linda Graves started building their own custom homes in 1989. A few years later, working as “project managers” they were able to offer their assistance to others by helping them build their dream home.
Displaying commitment, reliable management skills and a solid business practice this soon led to many more exciting opportunities for the two, establishing a business named Homes by DayCore. Soon after, DayCore became an Incorporated Company and a member of the Tarion Warranty Corporation.
After building more than 40 custom homes in Barrie and the surrounding area, Bob and Linda have earned the reputation of being knowledgeable, positive, displaying honesty and integrity.

Our People

After working for 20 years with the OPP Bob now applies his dedication & professionalism to the new role of Custom Home Builder. Linda joined the business after many years in pediatric dentistry and is now actively involved in all aspects of the building process. Bob and Linda’s enthusiasm and eye for detail provide each of their clients with a “personal touch”. They work closely with each family member to ensure their custom dream home is realized and completed on time.

Our Experience

Displaying commitment, reliable management skills and a solid business practice this soon led to many more exciting opportunities for the two, establishing a business named Homes by DayCore. Soon after, DayCore became an Incorporated Company and a member of the Tarion Warranty Corporation.
After building more than 70 custom homes in Barrie and the surrounding area, Bob and Linda have earned the reputation of being knowledgeable, positive, displaying honesty and integrity.

In 2008, Homes By DayCore underwent expansion with the addition of new partners, Louis and Sandy Nitsopoulos. Lou has been in the Barrie Real Estate and Land Development business since 1987. He takes great pride in being part of Barrie’s landmark condominiums, Bayshore Landing. More recently, Lou has developed Estate communities such as Bridlegate and Innisbrook, as well as smaller ones such as Aspen Ridge in Stayner. Sandy also works together with Lou in making sure everything runs smoothly and is well organized.

This new partnership has added greater strength and experience to the Daycore Team in order to help make your dream home a reality.
